Job Title: Key Leader
Location: Tampa, FL
Report To: Store Manager 


Role Overview


The Key Leader supports store leadership in daily operations and ensures a strong guest experience on the sales floor. This role acts as manager-on-duty when needed, supports team performance, and helps drive sales while maintaining brand and operational standards.


What You’ll Do


 • Deliver a high-level guest experience through product knowledge and customization support
 • Actively sell on the floor and support the team in achieving daily sales goals
 • Drive KPIs including conversion, AOV, and units per transaction
 • Greet and engage every guest, introducing the brand and product offering
 • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach
 • Support visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards
 • Restock inventory and maintain an organized sales floor
 • Assist with inventory tasks including receiving, processing, and stock management
 • Maintain a clean and organized back-of-house environment
 • Support clienteling efforts to build and maintain guest relationships
 • Assist with events, trunk shows, and community outreach initiatives
 • Provide direction and support to team members during shifts
 • Open and close the store and act as manager-on-duty in the absence of leadership
