Job Summary:
Georgia IT, Inc. is seeking a Project/Program Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives. The role involves guiding product lifecycles, implementing Agile methodologies, and managing multiple product lines to ensure successful program execution.
Responsibilities:
• Program Manager with 15+ years of experience leading successful digital transformation initiatives across Agile, Product Development, Cloud Engineering, and Data Enablement.

• Ability to implement Agile methodologies, coach teams, and champion innovative development models for efficient program execution.
• Managed five platform product lines (Configuration Management, Core Toolchain, Developer Environments, Engineering Insights, Observability) and their direct reports
• Candidate should have implemented SAFe PI migrations for over engineering teams, streamlining the CI/CD program by value stream.
• Should have Developed Tableau dashboards for program progress tracking, providing stakeholders with clear visibility.
• should have Decommissioned legacy infrastructure (Agent-JenkinsVMs & Servers) for resource optimization and improved security.
• should have Cultivated a continuous improvement culture by coaching 5 direct reports and leading to their promotions.
