The Opportunity:
AI-enabled solutions are improving how enterprise teams monitor cloud environments, respond to service requests, and automate operational workflows. To scale these capabilities, we need a hands-on technologist who can help build, support, document, and improve AI-enabled cloud operations solutions. This role supports the delivery of practical solutions that reduce manual effort, improve service quality, and help teams use AI-enabled capabilities responsibly and effectively across the enterprise.
As an AI Cloud Solutions Technologist Advisor, you will support the build, implementation, and sustainment of AI-enabled workflows that improve enterprise cloud operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on technologist with experience supporting cloud operations, automation, service management workflows, and AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
You will work closely with lead technologists, cloud engineers, operations teams, product stakeholders, and service delivery teams to turn operational needs into practical AI-enabled solutions. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, technical curiosity, and the ability to apply prior experience in complex enterprise environments.
What You'll Work On:
  • Support the build, configuration, testing, and deployment of AI-enabled workflows for enterprise cloud operations.
  • Help implement automation that improves monitoring, service request handling, configuration management, and operational support.
  • Support use of cloud service provider native AI capabilities to streamline and secure cloud operations.
  • Assist with MCP-enabled integrations that allow models and AI-enabled workflows to interact with enterprise services under appropriate governance.
  • Respond to service management requests with accuracy, professionalism, and timely follow-through.
  • Document recurring issues, solution steps, workflow patterns, KB articles, and internal user guidance.
  • Analyze service tickets, usage metrics, and user feedback to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Support workflow optimization across cloud operations, service management, and enterprise delivery teams.
  • Participate in solution testing, validation, troubleshooting, and refinement.
  • Help prepare enablement materials, training resources, and best-practice guidance for users and support teams.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to ensure solutions are secure, usable, supportable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Communicate status, risks, issues, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
  • Continue building technical depth in cloud operations, automation, AI-enabled workflows, and enterprise service delivery.

You Have:
  • Experience supporting cloud operations, automation, service management workflows, or enterprise technology delivery
  • Experience working with at least one major cloud service provider
  • Experience supporting AI-enabled tools, automation platforms, workflow solutions, or enterprise service delivery capabilities
  • Experience working with service management systems such as ServiceNow
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and support operational workflows in a structured environment
  • Ability to create clear documentation, KB articles, user guidance, process notes, and technical support materials
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly and apply technical knowledge to real operational needs
  • Ability to review tickets, usage data, feedback, and process gaps to identify improvements
  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience with cloud architecture or Master's degree and 2+ years of experience with cloud architecture

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
