Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct organizational readiness assessments to evaluate infrastructure, process maturity, and team capabilities prior to cloud migration.

  • Document, analyze, and re-engineer core business workflows to optimize them for cloud-native environments (leveraging automation, SaaS, and PaaS solutions).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional business units (Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement) to align their operational rhythms with cloud capabilities.

  • Define and track key operational metrics (KPIs) to measure the efficiency gains and business agility post-migration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • 4+ years of experience working at the intersection of business operations, project management, and IT/cloud transformations.

    Cloud Awareness: Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and major providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Cloud practitioner or fundamentals-level certifications are highly desirable.

  • Strong familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) and agile/lean operational methodologies preferred.

Target Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
