• 5-7 years' experience as a Project Manager with enterprise applications & leading successful, high-impact technical projects
• Strong technical, analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions.
• Good communication (written, verbal) and collaboration skills
• Manage SDLC/agile process framework to ensure team adopt and follows the process.
• Effectively communicating project status and analytic results every week.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to connect with individuals at all levels, shift rapidly between communications styles and develop partnerships
