The Cloud Support Administrator (Odoo) serves as the primary administrator of our Odoo-based self-service portal and billing system while providing hands-on cloud support to customers. This role combines Odoo platform administration, direct customer engagement, and cloud resource troubleshooting to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize escalations to the backend engineering team. The ideal candidate has experience administering Odoo systems and a strong understanding of cloud environments to serve as the first point of resolution for incoming customer tickets.
Available locations for this role are Miami, NYC, Sarasota, Toronto (ON), Washington DC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain the Odoo-based self-service portal and billing system, including account configuration, subscription management, billing adjustments, and system performance monitoring.
  • Manage Odoo workflows such as invoicing, subscription lifecycle, customer onboarding, and access provisioning; identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks.
  • Perform system updates and coordinate with development teams on module enhancements and customizations.
  • Respond to and resolve customer support tickets related to cloud resources, billing, and portal access, minimizing escalations.
  • Provision and troubleshoot cloud resources, including virtual machines, storage, and clusters; assist customers with configuration, connectivity, and performance issues.
  • Document recurring issues and create structured support content for knowledge base publication.
  • Gather customer feedback and usage trends to identify improvements in portal functionality, billing workflows, and cloud services.
  • Collaborate with backend engineering on escalations, providing detailed diagnostics and reproduction steps.
Requirements
  • Experience administering Odoo ERP, including billing, subscriptions, CRM, and customer portal modules.
  • Ability to configure workflows, customize views, and manage user access within Odoo.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including virtual machines, storage, and clustering, across platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues independently.
  • Excellent communication and customer support skills.
  • Experience documenting technical issues and creating knowledge base content.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and CRM tools for issue tracking and escalation management.

Annual Compensation Range:

$65,000 - $85,000 CAD base + benefits + equity (If based in Canada)

$78,000 - $95,000 USD base + benefits + equity (If based in the United States)
