Exercise Physiologist
Location: Renton, WA
Shift: 4-10 schedule, Mon-Thu, 11am-9pm
Work-Fit and Alliance Physical Therapy Partners is seeking an Exercise Physiologist. The staff model provides the injury prevention model: Symptom Intervention (SI), job conditioning, work-site visits and other prevention services.

What is Expected?:
  • Applicant needs to be a self-starter and able to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Demonstrates exceptional ability to engage employees in all services in the industrial setting.
  • Ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator, motivator and work well as part of a team.
  • Needs to be a natural leader, thinking outside of their comfort zone.
  • Adhere to the standards of practice as outlined in the Work-Fit/Boeing SOP
  • Able to focus, organize, and prioritize delivery of services.
  • Desire to be an integral piece of the largest Industrial Athlete program in the country.
  • Degree in Exercise Science or other health related field
  • Current certification as exercise professional with national organization in good standing
  • Current First Aid/CPR certification
  • Experience in teaching group exercise classes to adults
  • Competency with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel
