About the Team
Join a collaborative engineering group building a suite of construction?management tools used to analyze utilization and network capacity across a large, complex environment. The team works with a MERN?based platform alongside a Clojure?driven microservices application, supported by multiple databases including MongoDB and PostgreSQL. You’ll be part of an established QA function embedded within two large scrum teams operating in a hybrid?agile model.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a QA Engineer with strong experience in both manual and automated testing. You’ll design, execute, and maintain test plans and automation frameworks, working closely with developers, product owners, and other QA engineers. Curiosity, hands?on problem?solving, and the ability to think creatively about testing approaches are essential.
What You’ll Do
  • Perform manual and automated testing across web applications and microservices
  • Build, maintain, and enhance automated test suites using Selenium or Cypress
  • Collaborate with developers to identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and validate fixes
  • Work with GitHub for version control and CI workflows
  • Query and validate data across MongoDB and PostgreSQL
  • Contribute to test strategy, coverage planning, and quality improvements
  • Participate in hybrid?agile ceremonies across two large scrum teams
Required Skills
  • Strong experience with manual and automated QA
  • Hands?on experience with Selenium or Cypress
  • Proficiency with GitHub
  • Ability to write and execute database queries (MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
