Job Description
We're seeking a detail-oriented and highly collaborative Senior Consultant, CLO Reporting & Operations to play a critical role in supporting our growing Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) platform. In this position, you'll serve as a key partner across investment, legal, trustee, and operations teams, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of reporting, compliance monitoring, trade processing, and data management activities.

What You'll Do:
Lead CLO Reporting & Data Integrity
  • Manage the generation, validation, and delivery of AIMCO reporting, including compliance reports, payment reporting, and post-payment data requirements.
  • Review and reconcile monthly and quarterly cash, compliance, and performance reports, ensuring alignment between internal systems and trustee records.
  • Partner closely with trustees to identify and resolve reporting discrepancies and improve reporting processes.

Drive New CLO Issuances & Ongoing Maintenance
  • Serve as the primary resource for new CLO onboarding, checklist implementation, reporting setup, and ongoing maintenance activities.
  • Support the establishment of new warehouse facilities, including borrowing requests and reconciliation activities with structuring banks.
  • Help ensure operational readiness and successful execution of new transactions.

Support Loan Operations & Trade Processing
  • Maintain accurate bank loan and AIMCO trade processing activities, including trade allocations, confirmations, settlement support, and trade enrichment.
  • Coordinate legal documentation and transaction data across Front Office, Legal, Trustees, and operational teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Act as a backup resource for bank loan and AIMCO trade settlements when needed.

Enhance Controls & Risk Management
  • Oversee the amendment waiver and consent (AWC) process across both Allstate and AIMCO portfolios, ensuring consistency and accuracy among all stakeholders.
  • Monitor key operational processes and data quality controls, helping ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Validate critical data elements and ensure month-end reporting accuracy across multiple platforms and counterparties.

Be a Trusted Subject Matter Expert
  • Develop and maintain expertise across key loan and investment systems, including Trade Capture, WSO, Aladdin, ClearPar, and Clearwater.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding loan servicing, operational workflows, and reporting requirements.
  • Deliver recurring operational and management reports to investment teams, leadership, and business partners.

What You'll Bring:
  • 3+ years of experience in bank loan operations, CLO administration, structured finance, investment operations, or a related financial services environment.
  • Knowledge of syndicated bank loans, CLO structures, settlements, trustee reporting, or investment operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience working across multiple systems and managing complex reconciliations and data validation activities.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships across investment, legal, compliance, operations, trustees, and external service providers.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
