RN - Full-Time - Clinical Manager

At Mesa View Regional Hospital, our employees are the foundation of our commitment to provide compassionate care to the Mesquite community and its residents with a full range of inpatient and outpatient care; diagnostic imaging; and emergency, medical and surgical care.

Job Summary:

Responsible for the delivery of patient care by applying skills and techniques common to the practice of vocational nursing. The Registered Nurse performs tasks related to patient care. The RN provides direct and indirect patient care services that meet the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiatives and responsibility indicative of professional expectations. Maintains regulatory agency requirements, nursing and hospital policies, procedures and standards. Communicates with physicians and team members about changes in patient's clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in conditions or response to treatment. Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties. This role will oversee the CMA program and work with the interns and CMA's in the clinics. All other duties as assigned as appropriate given the scope of duties.

Qualifications:

  • College completion of a Registered Nurse Certificate.
  • Two years of RN experience preferred.
  • Current RN Licensure in the state of Nevada. BLS is required within first 30 days of employment and must remain current thereafter.
