Regional Clinical Therapy Director
Pomona, NY (travel required)
$90,000–$120,000/year

Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a Regional Clinical Therapy Director to support multiple skilled nursing facilities across Massachusetts. This role oversees therapy operations, ensures compliance with reimbursement standards, and supports clinical teams in delivering quality care.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Therapy and MDS operations across assigned facilities
  • Ensure compliance with insurance and reimbursement guidelines
  • Train, mentor, and support clinical staff
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications:
