Clinical Research Coordinators Main Objective

Overall, the Clinical Research Coordinator is responsible for delivering an excellent patient experience while driving accurate, efficient study execution across our DC-area clinics, ensuring:

  • Patients have a positive, professional, and comfortable experience throughout their time in our clinic
  • Patient visits are completed accurately and efficiently, with close adherence to clinical trial protocols and site expectations
  • Patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment activities are supported with a strong focus on follow-through
  • Patients are guided through the study journey to help ensure they attend and complete required visits
  • Clinical and visit data are entered timely and accurately into required systems and documentation platforms
  • Support both Rockville, MD and Vienna, VA clinic operations, with flexibility to pivot based on patient and study needs
  • Serve as a reliable point of coordination for internal teams, physicians, sponsors, and research partners involved in active studies
  • Help maintain strong physician confidence by staying organized, communicating clearly, and keeping stakeholders informed on patient and protocol updates
  • Work proactively in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, solving problems and helping keep daily operations on track


Skills needed to win:

  • Required: 1+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Preferred: Experience in a patient-facing or client-facing healthcare setting such as medical offices, pharmacies, dental offices, surgical settings, medical spas, or similar environments
  • Preferred: B.S or B.A from any accredited university.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience working toward KPIs, metrics, or performance expectations
  • This is an onsite Monday-Friday position supporting our Rockville, MD and Vienna, VA clinics with a 50/50 split between sites.
  • Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.
