As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will be expected to:

• Develop individualized therapy plans by conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic modalities to a diverse clientele, including individuals, groups, families, and couples, while maintaining an empathetic and client-centered approach.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to facilitate client progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff, to create a cohesive care plan that addresses the holistic needs of clients.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records while adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice.
• Engage in continuous professional development through participation in workshops and training sessions to enhance your expertise and stay current with mental health research.

• An understanding of legal and ethical standards governing professional practice.

• Proficient practice in a collaborative healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software and related technologies.

While not mandatory, preferred qualifications include:

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use counseling.
• Prior experience working in community mental health settings, providing services to underrepresented populations.
