Now Hiring for an Clinical Research/Feasibility Coordinator - Remote Opportunity for 6 months - Clinical Research Industry (research and trials - not regular medical) experience is a Requirement

Monday - Friday from 8:00 - 5:00 EST - Contract Opportunity 6+months

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Possess knowledge of site pipeline and manage opportunities that align with therapeutic areas and indications.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with site staff and corporate business development teams.
  • Update and maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database for assigned projects.
  • Organize and complete feasibility questionnaires by utilizing information from patient/subject databases, previous metrics, investigative sites as well as marketing to meet industry timelines.
  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of opportunity progress in CRM system.
  • Respond to and follow up on relevant study inquiries via email, telephone, and face-to face visits.
  • Communicate with Sponsor/CRO and follow entire feasibility process through site selection.
  • Assist Central Client Management team with sharing clear communication to the site team including study timelines, objectives, and enrollment goals.
  • Liaise and attend meetings and functions necessary to perform duties to aid business and organizational development.
  • Ensure compliance with Company standard operating procedures, policies, and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience within the field of clinical trials or biological research.
  • Must be meticulous, organized, initiative-taking, be able to work independently and with a team, and the ability to stay on task.
  • Experience using MS Office Suite and Salesforce
  • Exceptionsl communication skills both written and verbal
  • Detail and task oriented
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
