The Opportunity


Are you an experienced Recruitment Manager looking for your next challenge in the Life Sciences sector? SciPro New York is hiring a Recruitment Manager to lead a small, dynamic team focused on Clinical recruitment across the East Coast. If you have experience managing a recruitment team, we want to hear from you—even if your experience is in a different market. This pivotal role will help drive the success and expansion of our SciPro success 2025 and beyond.


  • Team Management & Support: Lead and support a small team, providing guidance, training, goal-setting, and regular performance reviews to ensure all targets are exceeded.
  • Hiring: Sourcing, interviewing, and selecting talent to ensure team growth and alignment with company growth goals. Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Business Development: Actively engage in generating new business by identifying potential clients, pitching recruitment services, and negotiating contracts to bring in revenue for the company and roles for your team to support on.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Placement: Participate in the recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates for open roles, ensuring personal billings contribute to overall revenue.
  • Administrative & Reporting Tasks: Handle administrative tasks like reporting key metrics to senior leadership, while also managing team workflows and priorities.
