What will you do as a Program Supervisor for our youth residential programs? 

  • As Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for daily operations, oversight and performance of the youth residential programs for which you lead. 
  • A typical day as a Program Supervisor will include prioritizing tasks for the youth care specialists you lead, proactively communicating and removing obstacles so your team can provide the best care for the youth in their programs. You will serve as liaison with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring 100% compliance for the programs you lead. 
  • This role is in-office. Evenings/weekends as required, and an on-call responsibility.

  • Starting Pay Range: $55-58k annually

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in the health & human services field
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Exposure to leadership/management experiences either through short term project management, coordination, training or actual leadership positions required. 
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working with residential youth programs or related field 
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and meet any credentialing, licensing and privileging standards as it pertains to the program (s) you lead
  • All potential job candidates must pass a drug screening test, and an extensive background check.
