What You'll Do

As a Medical Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless patient experience and supporting our providers throughout the day.

Responsibilities include:

  • Rooming patients and preparing them for evaluation and treatment
  • Obtaining medical histories and documenting patient information
  • Assisting providers during examinations and procedures
  • Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining clinical supplies
  • Assisting with minor surgical and cosmetic procedures
  • Taking and organizing clinical photography
  • Providing pre-operative and post-operative patient education
  • Maintaining accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (Nextech preferred)
  • Supporting patient flow and ensuring an exceptional patient experience
  • Collaborating closely with providers and fellow team members
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Social Media Director to obtain patient reviews, testimonials and video content.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Medical Assistant certification preferred
  • Previous experience in a medical office, surgical practice, dermatology, plastic surgery, ENT, dermatology, or aesthetics preferred
  • Phlebotomy experience highly preferred
  • EMR experience (Nextech preferred)
  • Strong computer and documentation skills
  • Experience with patient photography is a plus
  • Surgical or procedural assisting experience is a plus
