U.S. Army Clinical Laboratory Scientists are the critical link between cutting-edge science and lifesaving patient care. By conducting essential laboratory tests, these dedicated professionals safeguard the health and well-being of Soldiers and their families. As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist for the U.S. Army, you will be responsible for the scientific research of biological fluids, such as blood or saliva for disease prevention. You will plan and execute laboratory testing and medical research, as well as providing advice, conducting research, and managing laboratory operations. To ensure your success as a laboratory scientist, you will attend trainings, continued education programs, seminars, and conference where you will be able to learn, compare best practices, and collaborate with other top professionals in your field.
