- Lead the evaluation, governance, and implementation of AI-enabled technologies, including generative AI, predictive analytics, ambient documentation, and clinical decision support tools.
- Design and scale innovative care delivery models such as virtual nursing, hospital-at-home programs, remote patient monitoring, and workflow automation solutions.
- Advance Epic and other digital health platforms into highly efficient, clinically intelligent workflow and decision support environments.
- Partner with enterprise data and analytics leaders to transform clinical data into actionable insights that improve quality, safety, and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with physician, nursing, operational, and service-line leaders to align technology strategy with care delivery priorities across the enterprise.
- Reduce clinician documentation burden and improve user satisfaction through workflow optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary clinical informatics team while fostering innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Your qualifications should include:
- MD or DO degree with Board Certification or Board Eligibility.
- Formal or certified informatics training, or a minimum of three years of clinical informatics experience.
- Experience working with electronic health record systems and healthcare technology platforms in a hospital or health system environment.
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and optimizing clinical informatics solutions.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills with the ability to influence across disciplines.
- Passion for leveraging technology, data, and innovation to improve patient outcomes and clinician experiences.
At City of Hope, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of digital healthcare delivery at one of the nation's leading cancer research and treatment organizations.
