Clinical Leadership & Quality

  • Provide oversight of clinical quality, patient safety, and performance improvement initiatives

  • Support peer review, privileging, and clinical governance processes

  • Lead and mentor physicians and interdisciplinary clinical teams

Regulatory Compliance, Risk & Clinical Governance

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, accreditation, and regulatory requirements

  • Oversee risk management, quality assurance, and patient safety initiatives

  • Support Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) compliance and clinical risk mitigation

Operational Partnership & Integrated Care

  • Collaborate with nursing, behavioral health, dental, and pharmacy leaders to support integrated care delivery

  • Evaluate clinical operations, workforce needs, access strategies, and service delivery models

  • Support effective use of clinical technology and workflows to improve efficiency

Community & External Relationships

  • Represent Valley-Wide with healthcare partners, community organizations, and regulatory agencies

  • Serve as a clinical ambassador for the organization's mission and commitment to underserved populations

  • Strengthen partnerships that support access, quality, and long-term community health outcomes
