  • Coordinate log reviews, supervision, and chart reviews with Case Manager/Clinical Manager.
  • Perform weekly Quality Assurance checks.

  • Oversee new hire onboarding and training.
  • Conduct regular inspections and drills, ensuring proper documentation and filing.
  • Coordinate and document staff meetings and trainings.
