Job description

Help Improve Clinical Care Through Technology and Innovation
We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Agility Clinical Applications Analyst II to join our Clinical Applications team. In this role, you will support, optimize, and enhance the applications and technology that power Occupational Health and Employee Health services across Deaconess Health System.
As a trusted technology partner, you will work closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to analyze workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that align technology with the needs of our caregivers and patients. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, system configuration, project work, and building strong relationships with end users.
What You'll Do
  • Partner with Occupational Health and Employee Health stakeholders to gather requirements and translate operational needs into technical solutions
  • Perform system analysis, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of Agility and related clinical applications
  • Develop and maintain application components, reports, queries, workflows, and technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot application issues and collaborate with users and technical teams to identify and resolve root causes
  • Support application upgrades, enhancements, maintenance activities, and optimization initiatives
  • Participate in project planning, coordination, and implementation activities
  • Develop expertise in assigned applications and serve as a subject matter expert for end users and stakeholders
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, support guides, and operational procedures
  • Present system enhancements, workflow improvements, and training materials to end users and operational teams
  • Collaborate with analysts, clinicians, and technology teams to identify opportunities for workflow optimization and process improvement
  • Assist with evaluating and implementing new technologies that support Occupational Health and Employee Health operations
  • Partner with infrastructure and technical teams on application-related server maintenance, security updates, and system reliability initiatives as needed
What We're Looking For
  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare, Computer Science, or a related field
  • This application is specific to Occ Health/Emp Health so we are looking for someone with Occupational Health/Employee Health background due to the complexity of that area and the way this system works.
  • Minimum of three years of application development, systems support, or healthcare technology experience
  • Experience supporting healthcare applications, clinical systems, or operational technologies
  • Knowledge of system implementation, application configuration, and workflow analysis
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Experience supporting application upgrades, maintenance, and optimization initiatives
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Experience working with databases, reporting tools, data analysis, and system integrations
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
