Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals in the oncology sector within the Arizona territory.
  • Promote and sell oncology products and solutions to exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and support to customers to facilitate effective use of BDs oncology solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive strategic sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, clinical affairs, and customer service, to enhance the customer experience.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to represent BD and promote product offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM systems.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • A clean 3-year motor vehicle report.
