Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT)

Clinic-Based | Flexible Scheduling | Paid Training

Lotus ABA Services is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our growing clinic team. If you enjoy working with children and want to make a meaningful impact, we would love to meet you.

Our clinic provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children ages 15 months to 13 years old. We prioritize quality care by matching technicians with clients based on their experience, skills, and comfort level, rather than simply filling schedules.

We are a supportive, collaborative clinic where technicians receive consistent guidance from experienced BCBAs and opportunities for professional growth.

Available Schedules

We offer flexible scheduling options:

• 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• 4:00 PM – 6:45 PM

Full-Time Option:
• Three 10-hour shifts (8:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
• One additional shorter shift above
• 32+ hours per week

Our clinic is continuously growing, and additional hours may become available.

What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a clinic setting
• Implement behavior intervention plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Teach communication, play, social, and daily living skills
• Collect and record behavioral data using a digital data platform
• Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Collaborate with BCBAs and the clinical team to monitor progress

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred (not required)
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification with our support
• Experience working with children, special needs, or developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
