A busy, well-respected, personal injury law firm in Beverly Hills seeks a hands on, full-time experienced and well-mannered Legal Assistant to join our growing Personal Injury Law Firm.
Experience in a personal injury law firm and/or lemon law is preferred but is not mandatory.
The central day to day duties will be answering incoming phone calls and greeting incoming clients on a day-to-day basis with a warm and pleasant attitude and demeanor and providing our clients with the highest level of customer service and client satisfaction.
Additional legal assistant tasks will include miscellaneous client contact, communicating with insurance carriers, requesting and organizing medical records, scheduling medical appointments, managing client's medical care and appointments, calendaring events, and quality client care.
Our desire is to find the perfect candidate that is willing to make this their career and not just another job, with opportunities for climbing the ladder at our firm. We'd love for the right candidate to grow with us and our firm for years to come and hope to promote the right candidate to greater positions in the firm.
Case software experience is preferred but is not mandatory -- we are currently using FileVine Case Management Software. However, computer literacy is a must. You must be proficient with using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
You should be very organized, detail oriented, capable of working in a high-pressure environment, computer literate, willing to work as a team player, and have outstanding customer service skills and be able to wow our clients with the services our firm provides them. Courteous and pleasant attitude is a must. Timeliness and reliability are also important traits for this position as well as the ability to listen carefully, follow directions and perform the job efficiently with little to no oversight or supervision.
Positive attitude and good communication and writing skills along with multi-tasking are a must.
Again, we would like to find and train the right candidate that is willing to go above and beyond to excel at their duties and be promoted to higher positions within the firm for many years to come as our firm grows.
