Order Fulfillment Associate 
Williston, VT
$18.50/hour

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM (occasional 7:00 AM start)

Seasonal Position


Westaff is seeking a dependable and hardworking Order Fulfillment Associate for a busy warehouse in Williston, VT. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy staying active, working as part of a team, and ensuring customer orders are shipped accurately and on time.


Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pull orders using RF scanners and inventory systems
  • Verify order accuracy before shipment
  • Pack products securely for safe delivery
  • Prepare and process outbound shipments, including LTL freight
  • Follow inventory rotation procedures (FIFO)
  • Report inventory shortages, quality concerns, or equipment issues
  • Maintain accurate shipping records and system transactions
  • Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization
  • Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
  • Support other warehouse functions as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse, shipping, picking, or fulfillment experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
  • Able to stand and walk throughout the shift
  • Comfortable using handheld scanners and computer systems
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
