The Director of Sustainability role is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the existing Telix Sustainability function and steward and continuously strengthen it as a regulated, boardaccountable sustainability and climate disclosure function. This is a highly visible global role with direct ELT and Board interaction, responsible for ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance with mandatory climaterelated disclosure requirements (including AASB S2 and aligned ISSB standards) and maintaining robust governance, controls, and disclosure discipline across Telix's threepillar sustainability framework. Success in the role will result from strong cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Risk, Operations, and Data Owners, and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into clear, defensible, and decisionuseful disclosures for senior management and the Board. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to leverage their regulatory, reporting, and assurance experience to operate an effective, compliant, and durable global Sustainability program for Telix.

Key Accountabilities:

Planning and delivery

    • Steward the Boardapproved sustainability strategy and ensure its consistent execution, disclosure, and alignment with regulatory and risk requirements
    • With business unit leaders, clarify roles, ownership, and accountabilities for sustainabilityrelated data, risks, and disclosures, in alignment with the Group's short-, medium- and longer-term goals, including setting targets and KPIs to measure success in sustainability initiatives
    • Own and deliver Telix's annual climate and sustainability reporting cycle, including:
      • Ongoing reporting under Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards (AASB S2)
      • Maintenance of consistency and comparability yearonyear
      • Preparation of Board and ARCready materials and disclosures
    • Lead the development, disclosure, and continuous improvement of Telix's Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions inventory from FY2026 onwards, including boundary setting, category selection, estimation methodologies, documentation, and audit readiness
    • Maintain and strengthen sustainability reporting controls, documentation, and audit trails to support current and future limited and reasonable assurance requirements
    • Support the Board in evaluating the timing, readiness, and governance implications of future climate targets, without premature commitment. Update/maintain the Telix Sustainability Report annually

Risk Integration & Governance

    • Assess risks and maintain the sustainability and climate risk profile within Telix's Enterprise Risk Management Framework, ensuring consistency with broader strategic and operational risks
    • Ensure climaterelated risks are monitored, escalated, and reported through established ERM and ARC reporting processes, rather than through standalone frameworks

Stakeholder engagement

    • Provide targeted, roleappropriate guidance to senior leaders, Finance, Risk, and Operations teams to support accurate data collection, risk identification, and compliant disclosures
    • Launch and chair a cross-functional sustainability working group to support/champion sustainability efforts across the business
    • In collaboration with the corporate communications team, engage with external stakeholders, including investors, customers, community organisations, regulatory agencies and industry groups, to promote sustainability relevant initiatives

Culture

    • Promote a culture of sustainability throughout the organization
    • Develop training programs to educate employees on matters including sustainability, sustainability practices and the importance of environmental stewardship

Resource efficiency

    • With relevant business unit leaders design and implement programs related to energy efficiency, waste reduction, water conservation, sustainable procurement, and other relevant ESG efforts
    • Foster innovation in sustainable resourcing practices and explore new technologies and methodologies to support these efforts.
    • Drive efforts to reduce the Group's carbon footprint and enhance resource efficiency

Continuous improvement

    • Stay informed on sustainability trends, best practices and regulatory changes
    • Manage external advisors and assurance providers to ensure consistent interpretation and controlled evolution of disclosures
    • Conduct research and analysis to support sustainability initiatives and drive improvements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science or related field/s. Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in environmental management or sustainability roles globally, with a proven record of program development and ownership, leadership and strategic impact
  • 5+ years of experience in a highly regulated, global manufacturing environment, with biopharmaceutical experience preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of mandatory climate disclosure standards (AASB S2, ISSB/IFRS sustainability standards) and experience preparing boardapproved disclosures
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence organizational change, analyze data, develop actionable insights and drive performance improvements
  • Proven experience engaging with and presenting to senior leadership and board committees
  • Up to 15 percent travel
