Staff Business Systems Analyst - Legal and Risk Systems
We are looking for a Business Analyst to deliver world-class solutions for our global Legal and Risk Operations (LRO) organization. You will leverage classic business analysis skills and hands-on expertise in IronClad (CLM) and SAP GTS (Trade Compliance) to lead impactful systems transformations. Join us and drive the future of global legal operations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Deliver scalable system solutions by translating complex legal requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and technical designs for both purchased and custom applications, with a heavy focus on CLM and GTS.
  • Lead system configuration, process integration, and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline global legal and trade compliance workflows.
  • Provide clear instructions and specifications to development teams and assist with unit testing and solution validation.
  • Analyze and document business processes, recommend improvements, and help maintain the global work backlog by defining and prioritizing requirements.
  • Create user stories and acceptance criteria; work with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of business and technical needs.
  • Take ownership of assigned production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution following change management processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within IT and the business and support Agile ceremonies to deliver value through continuous improvement.
  • Independently organize and manage multiple assignments under challenging timelines, making informed decisions and collaborating efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in IT or a similar technical/business analysis environment
  • Core business analysis skills: requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management
  • Proven experience with CLM systems (e.g., Ironclad, Sirion, Conga) is highly desired
  • Proven experience with SAP Global Trade Services is highly desired
  • Excellent communication skills, including formal status updates and presentations
  • Able to build effective working relationships at all levels and influence cross-functional teams
  • Adaptable to dynamic environments and shifting priorities; experience with multi-tier support models
  • Experience in Agile development environments is a plus
  • Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
  • Familiarity or experience with other Legal and Risk solutions related to matter & IP management, compliance & risk management, and Legal & Risk AI is a plus
  • Experience with LRO systems, .Net, XML, SQL is a plus
  • Data-driven decision-making and ability to communicate complex systems/processes

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $113,190 to $163,905.
