Enexor is a fast-growing climate tech company building modular systems that convert waste into clean energy and carbon-negative value streams. Based just outside Nashville, we're a hands-on team of engineers, builders, and doers tackling emissions and energy access head-on.
Why This Role Matters
We're looking for a detail-obsessed Testing Technician to set up, execute, and manage both internal product tests and external customer feedstock evaluations. Your work will directly influence product validation, customer success, and ongoing system improvement.
What You'll Do
  • Set up and manage mechanical and process testing on full systems and subsystems
  • Oversee testing of customer-provided feedstocks under controlled conditions
  • Monitor, capture, and log operational data from PLC and sensor networks
  • Interpret test results and flag anomalies or quality issues
  • Prepare clear, organized test reports and summaries for internal and customer use
  • Maintain rigorous records and ensure data flows cleanly into internal databases
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support engineering, fabrication, and R&D efforts as needed, contributing hands-on help across teams during key development and production phases.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience managing technical data and reporting outcomes
  • Comfort working around industrial equipment, heat, gas, and pressure systems
  • Familiarity with PLCs, sensor systems, and data logging tools
  • Proactive communicator who can summarize test outcomes clearly
