Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicle A/C and climate control systems

  • Perform inspections and identify issues related to HVAC performance

  • Recharge systems with refrigerant, replace compressors, evaporators, and other A/C components

  • Communicate with service advisors about customer concerns and recommended repairs

  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed

  • Ensure work is completed efficiently and up to dealership and manufacturer standards

  • Keep a clean and organized work area

  • Stay updated on industry advancements and manufacturer training


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • ASE certification(s) in HVAC systems preferred

  • 2+ years of experience working with automotive A/C systems preferred

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient with A/C repair tools and equipment

  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
