Job Summary:
As a Class B Tube Rolling Hydro Tester, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing and assembly process of our industry-leading products. Your primary responsibilities will include performing tube rolling and hydrotesting tasks, as well as supporting other key production activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and test industrial heat exchangers and cooling equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment to measure, cut, and assemble tubing and other components
- Conduct pressure and leak testing on assembled units to ensure quality and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the manufacturing process
Qualifications:
- Possess a valid "Class B" certification or equivalent training in tube rolling and hydrotesting
- Demonstrated experience in reading blueprints, using tape measures, and operating tube pushing and rolling equipment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced manufacturing environment
Working Conditions:
This position requires working in a production facility environment, which may involve exposure to noise, dust, and other industrial hazards. Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work with specialized tools and equipment.
