  • Designing and delivering climate-related training and educational resources to build capability across business lines and support enterprise implementation.
  • Monitoring emerging climate, energy transition and sustainable finance trends, regulatory developments and peer practices to identify strategic implications for the Bank.
 Impact:

  • Operate at the intersection of strategy, policy, client engagement, executive communications and implementation.
  • Strengthen enterprise climate capabilities while supporting practical business outcomes.
  • Support the Bank's external positioning through public disclosures, thought leadership and strategic communications.
 Opportunity:
  • Support high-profile strategic initiatives with visibility across senior leadership.
  • Contribute to climate strategy, client engagement, climate-related finance and enterprise thought leadership at one of Canada's leading international banks.
  • Collaborate with leaders across Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Risk, Finance, Legal, Communications and Government Relations.
  • Support enterprise decision-making, client engagement and external thought leadership through strategic and practical deliverables.
  • Work within a collaborative team environment focused on practical climate and energy transition solutions, continuous learning and impact.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed? We'd love to work with you if you have the following:

  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent strategic initiatives and competing priorities.
  • Excellent writing, analytical, presentation and communication skills, including experience preparing Board and executive-level materials.
