If this aligns with your values and you want to join a leader in the banking industry, we are hiring for a Data Processing Support Associate that will serve as point of contact to multi-client banking WEB application and provides technical support for managed file transfer systems.
MAJOR DUTIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Provides customer service and applications support to TIB customers and internal staff.
  • Performs tasks aimed to maintain the integrity and availability of critical bank data files.
  • Prepares and conducts acceptance tests and confirms results for various managed file transfer solutions.
  • Maintains TIB's enterprise file transfer solutions, performs upgrades, configures task schedules and appropriate resources, and performs periodic file maintenance to ensure stable daily workflow.
  • Monitors day-to-day file transfer schedules and resolves issues should they occur.
  • Performs downloading and uploading of data files.
  • Performs trouble shooting and corrective actions to banking application service failures.
  • Performs application installation and upgrades on Windows Servers and workstations.
  • Writes and edits shell scripts in Linux and Windows environments in support of data processing applications.
  • Prepares and maintains department system documentation and procedures.
  • Opens, tracks, and takes ownership of Information Systems service requests.
  • Performs updates to customers' information.
  • Ensures customer agreements, service changes, and administration authorization requests are stored in TIB 's document imaging system.
  • Serves as backup to technical lead for Transcom website configuration and administration.
  • Prepares technical instructions for TIB's Transcom customer banks, multi-factor authentication methods, system errors, and creation of standardized forms.
  • Prepares various TIB forms as requested for bank and customer use.
  • Maintains inventory of fingerprint devices and prepares daily-monthly reports.
  • Processes user provisioning requests for TIB staff.
  • Complies with all banking laws and regulations, and maintains the confidentiality of bank and customer information.

REQUIREMENTS/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with operating systems environments: Windows and Unix
  • Software: Microsoft Excel and Word, PowerShell
  • Individual should be a highly organized self-starter and able to work under minimal supervision
  • Individual should possess good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledgeable of internet browsers, tools, security, and settings
  • Individual should possess good interpersonal skills and be able to work within and foster a team environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and across all levels

Preferred
  • 1-2 years' general computer system administration operation experience
  • 1-2 years' customer service experience
  • Software: Microsoft Windows Server/Windows 11, Active Directory, Adobe Acrobat Pro
