The Role
We're looking for a highly organized, people-oriented Client Success Coordinator to support our VP of Client Success and help deliver an exceptional experience for our clients.
You'll help keep client communication organized, meetings productive, projects moving, and commitments on track. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives on organization, and wants to grow into a career in Client Success or Account Management.
Compensation & Hiring Structure
This position will start as a 90-day contractor engagement to ensure mutual fit. During this period, you'll work directly with our VP of Client Success and demonstrate your ability to take initiative, stay organized, communicate effectively, and manage core responsibilities.
If the 90-day period is successful, the role will convert into a full-time employee position with a salary in the range of:
$60,000–$68,000 annually
(Depending on experience and capability)

Key Responsibilities
Client Success
- Support client onboarding and ongoing engagement.
- Participate in client meetings, capture key takeaways, and ensure follow-up items are completed.
- Build trusted relationships through responsive, thoughtful communication.
- Monitor client sentiment and help identify risks before they become problems.
- Serve as a reliable day-to-day point of contact while escalating more complex issues when appropriate.
Coordination & Organization
- Keep client projects, documentation, and communications organized and up to date.
- Coordinate meeting scheduling, agendas, notes, and action items.
- Work closely with Project Management Operations to maintain visibility into project milestones, priorities, and deliverables.
- Help improve workflows, documentation, and internal processes as the Client Success team grows.
- Support the VP of client success with Partnerships and identifying opportunities to recommend partners
- Support reporting related to client health and engagement.
Growth
- Learn the fundamentals of Client Success and Account Management.
- Develop an understanding of our clients' businesses and goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the client experience.
- Gradually take ownership of smaller client relationships as you grow in the role.

Preferred
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, client services, project coordination, account support, or other people-focused roles.
- Experience working in an agency, consulting, SaaS, or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with project management or CRM platforms.
