Job description

Vice President, Client Strategy

The Vice President, Client Strategy will drive seamless execution of integrated client bound and internal workstreams, while serving as a strategic client partner and shaping the narrative of how Publicis delivers on the CPG account's business promise.

Responsibilities:

  • Cross functional leadership & execution: Lead integrated campaign workstreams simultaneously, coordinating across creative, media, analytics and client teams to deliver flawless execution
  • Strategic client relationship development & narrative building: Develop and present quarterly strategic business reviews that demonstrate clear ROI and identify 2-3 growth opportunities per session
  • Client interface & issue resolution: Serve as day-to-day contact for client stakeholders, resolving operational issues without EVP escalation

Success Metrics:

  • Drive organic account growth through strategic recommendations and expanded service offerings
  • Improve project effectiveness and efficiency through seamless cross-functional coordination and resource optimization
  • Drive strategic influence & partnership, achieving "trusted advisor and partner" status across client and creative teams

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years media and management experience in progressive levels of responsibility, preferably in the media planning and/or business development space
  • Strong systems management; adept at orchestrating and executing, cross functionally across client, media and creative
  • Strategic storytelling ability; ability to shape the story of how Publicis delivers on the CPG account's business promise
  • End to end workstream stewardship, from brief to post performance

The benefits offerings listed are available to U.S. based employees, are reviewed on an annual basis, and are governed by the terms of the applicable plan documents.

Compensation Range: $156,560 - $224,910 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
