Client Services Associate - Central Intake Team

Jefferson at Home by BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Associate in our Voorhees, NJ home health office. This position is on site in Voorhees, NJ Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm.

Through hands-on experience and mentorship, Client Services Associates gain valuable exposure to all aspects of referral management, client services, scheduling and staffing โ€” preparing them for future growth opportunities within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and assist with managing client services, scheduling, and staffing needs
  • Act as the first point of contact for new referrals
  • Support field staff in delivering high-quality home health services
  • Assist with various administrative tasks
  • Foster positive communication and engagement with field employees
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data entry within company systems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Home health office experience a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve goals and build professional relationships
