Ashton Thomas Private Wealth is seeking a Private Wealth Client Associate to join a successful and growing advisory team serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, client-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, supporting advisors, and delivering high-touch client experience.

The team provides comprehensive wealth management services, including investment management, financial planning, retirement planning, estate planning coordination, and multi-generational wealth strategies.

 

Position Summary

The Client Service Associate plays a critical role in supporting advisors and ensuring exceptional client experience. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for clients, coordinate account servicing activities, and help maintain operational excellence across the practice.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and client service are paramount.

 

Description

The Private Wealth Client Associate enhances the client experience by providing exceptional client service, supporting Branch functions as needed, assisting in safeguarding client assets, and serving as administrative and operational support to Financial Advisors. For established clients, the candidate will often serve as the most frequent point of contact with Ashton Thomas. The Associate is responsible for understanding firm policies, procedures and digital capabilities that will allow them to interact with Financial Advisor teams, as well as new and existing clients.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

·        Maintain existing client relationships through the processing of client requests, resolving client inquiries, and making sure key client information and documentation is up to date

·        Conduct outreach to maintain strong relationships with client base and identify Firm services and solutions, such as digital, online access and cash management offerings, that support clients’ needs

·        Onboard new client accounts, which include the collection of required documentation and client information

·        Support the team’s marketing strategy by coordinating with the Ashton Thomas Marketing team and assisting with client events and seminars

·        Regularly seek opportunities to use firm resources for peer sharing and collaborating with Financial Advisors

·        Proactively participate in firm initiatives directed by local management

·        Strong communication, time management and organizational skills

·        Actively engage in available training and education programs to maintain status on policies, procedures and risk awareness

·        Perform administrative duties that support Financial Advisors in daily business practices, including but not limited to, telephone coverage, business travel arrangements, coordination of client meetings, prepare travel & expense reports, and file & calendar maintenance

 

Qualifications

·        3 years working in the wealth management industry

·        High School Diploma/Equivalency

·        College degree preferred

·        Experience working with custodians (Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing, Goldman)

·        Willingness to obtain Series 65
