Role Description

The Client Services Associate (CSA) is a full-time, on-site role based in West Bloomington, MN. This position supports the team by serving as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a timely, professional client experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client communications, scheduling meetings, preparing and updating client documentation, and assisting with account opening and maintenance workflows. The role also involves coordinating with custodians and service providers, tracking follow-up items, and maintaining accurate records in firm systems. The CSA contributes to continuous improvement of client service processes and upholds compliance and confidentiality standards in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a financial services or wealth management setting is required (foundational understanding of finance, investments, and retirement planning concepts is needed).
  • Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building trusted relationships and delivering a high-quality client experience.
  • Customer Support experience, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and managing follow-up in a professional and timely manner.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain information clearly and collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Foundational understanding of finance, investments, and retirement planning concepts, or a strong interest in learning these areas.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with office productivity software and CRM systems (experience with Docusign, Redtail, Right Capital, AIX, Firelight or LUMA is a plus).
  • Experience with social media is a plus.
  • Commitment to ethical conduct, client confidentiality, and regulatory compliance; familiarity with FINRA/SIPC environment is a plus.
  • Associate or bachelorโ€™s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
