Team Sadoff in our Milwaukee, WI office is looking for a Client Service Associate to join the Client Service Team as a liaison between the client and the Financial Advisor (FA). You will work with all aspects of the client experience, including financial paperwork and financial account review preparation.
This is an on-site position.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we would like to share the base salary range for this position is $65,000.00 to $70,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Primary Job Functions
New Client Onboarding
  • Facilitate new account set up at the custodial and broker dealer level; follow up on fund transfers
  • Ensures accurate completion of prospect / new client paperwork/set up
  • Maintains (CRM) database and client files (Filing, copies, data input)
  • Record incoming assets to the appropriate blotting tool
  • Research and follow up on any issues with the Broker/Dealer, WEG Operations, and vendors

Client Relationship Management
  • Support Senior Vice President, the Client Service Team, and clients by leading and implementing the service model
  • Responds to and resolve client requests; complete necessary financial paperwork to execute client recommendations, change beneficiaries, establish trusts, etc.

Client Review Preparation and Follow Up
  • Gather client data and may prepare the materials for client meetings and reviews
  • Support client service functions for all teams as requested
  • Completes any review follow up needs for client

Team and Corporate Support
  • Assists Advisor Team Operations to streamline processes
  • Completes operational projects to support enhancements and changes
  • Communicates process and sales updates to team
  • Manages vendors to Service Level Agreements

Education/Qualifications
  • 4-year degree in business, finance, economics or related field is preferred
  • 3+ years of customer service /administrative experience for a client-service or investment firm is needed
  • Financial administration experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with account brokerage paperwork and industry terms (such as: RMD, QCD, IRA, ACH, etc), is strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills required to develop team and client relationships
  • Strong attention to detail and process
  • Good problem-solving skills, ability to work with deadlines and prioritize work
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • Adobe experience is a plus

WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. To comply with state, pay transparency laws, we must disclose the entire salary grade. The entire salary grade for those who are classified as this level is $42,500 - $63,750. However, the base salary range bolded above is what we expect to pay as a starting range for this position.
