Job description

As a Client Development Associate at Adlook, you will support the execution of digital advertising campaigns from upsell opportunities to postbuy reporting. Your role will be based on consultative account management with strong programmatic execution. Working closely with the Sales Team, and Technical Account Managers (TAMs), you'll help optimize performance, ensure smooth operations, and contribute analytical insights that drive success. This role is ideal for someone with an analytical mindset, high level interpersonal skills and eagerness to grow in the adtech space.
What You'll Do
  • Strategic Programmatic Execution: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of campaigns within our proprietary DSP, ensuring precision in campaign setup, pacing coordination
  • Consultative Account Management: Act as a technical advisor to clients, translating data into actionable growth strategies.
  • Performance Engineering: Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to troubleshoot integrations, tag discrepancies, and brand safety parameters
  • Operational Hygiene: Maintain rigorous standards for financial tracking, budget allocation, and internal dashboard reporting to smooth and effective campaign deliver
  • Cultivate long-term partnerships and act as a trusted programmatic advisor through a consultative approach
    Support to identify growth opportunities (upsell/cross-sell) and execute account plans to drive business results
  • Conduct regular client check-ins (including in-person when relevant), ensuring exceptional service and high communication standards
  • Support the sales lifecycle by contributing to research, tailoring pitch materials, and helping build media plans aligned with client goals and budgets
  • Ensure accurate advertiser/campaign setup, creative asset coordination, and platform configuration
  • Lead/support onboarding: platform access, training, launch coordination, and verification of delivery
  • Deliver persuasive performance reporting: post-campaign reports, insights and recommendations
  • Maintain internal documentation, contribute to workflow improvements

Requirements
  • Programmatic Foundation: 2 years of hands-on experience in programmatic campaign management. Proficiency with DSPs and comfort learning new platforms/tools quickly (agency or tech platform background preferred)
  • AdTech Experience: Proficiency in leading DSPs. You are comfortable with technical troubleshooting and platform configurations.
  • Data Literacy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actions
  • Proficient client facing skills & communication: Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both internal and external counterparts. You are able to present, influence, and negotiate.
  • Languages: Advanced English (C1);
  • Nice to Have: Proficiency in Salesforce or other enterprise-grade CRM systems. Experience in bridging CRM data with programmatic audiences is a major plus.
  • Strategic thinking: ability to plan and execute account plans that drive growth and revenue
