Job description

Decker Wealth Management in Nashville, TN is seeking a full-time in-office Client Service Associate to join our team. We're a growing fee-only firm committed to meaningful client relationships and investing in our people. Work-life balance, teamwork, and enabling everyone's success are our core priorities. In this client service role, you'll be essential to delivering outstanding experiences. You'll work alongside a team that values both professional excellence and treating people well.
Compensation:
  • Salary range of $70K-90K, commensurate with relevant experience
  • Great Work/Life Balance with a Monday-Friday Schedule

Responsibilities include:
  • Respond to client requests with timeliness and accuracy
  • Process account opening applications, transfer paperwork, money movements and/or other various interactions with custodian(s).
  • Document notes, activities, workflows and reports in our CRM
  • Manage and execute client deliverables after the advisors' meetings and communicate with clients to follow up
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email regularly regarding scheduling, paperwork, and follow up tasks
  • Assist with some compliance tasks under the direction of our Chief Compliance Officer
  • Solve issues as they arise with the goal of providing excellent client service

Requirements:
  • 1 year of financial services experience
  • Adept and skilled with technology - we are a tech-forward firm. Mac experience is a plus
  • Series 65 or the ability to obtain in the first 6 months
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and meet deadlines
  • Organization skills & attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while prioritizing projects and managing your time - we do not micromanage
  • Ability to learn and implement new technology and software quickly
  • Ability to communicate well with clients and colleagues and work in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to follow office processes and policies related to office operations & client privacy
