The Role:

The Client Success Associate is responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts and delivering a consistent, high-quality experience throughout the client lifecycle. As part of Vori Health's Client Success team, this role helps clients achieve their goals, realize value from their partnership with Vori, and maintain long-term engagement.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Operations, Product, and Implementation teams, the Client Success Associate serves as a trusted resource for clients while helping drive satisfaction, retention, and successful renewals.

What You’ll Do:

Manage Client Relationships

  • Manage day-to-day relationships for an assigned portfolio of clients as part of Vori Health's Client Success team

  • Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with client stakeholders

  • Develop an understanding of each client's goals, priorities, and measures of success

  • Maintain regular communication with clients through meetings, reporting, and ongoing outreach

  • Serve as a reliable resource for client questions, requests, and support needs

  • Deliver a consistent and responsive client experience across all interactions

Drive Client Success and Retention

  • Monitor client engagement, utilization, satisfaction, and overall account health

  • Proactively identify risks and work with Client Success leadership and internal teams to address concerns after they impact the client experience

  • Help clients understand and realize the value of their partnership with Vori Health

  • Prepare and deliver client performance reports, business updates, and presentations

  • Support client renewal activities by maintaining strong relationships, demonstrating value, and ensuring client needs are addressed

  • Escalate complex issues appropriately and help drive timely resolution

Deliver Operational Excellence

  • Manage client communications, action items, and follow-up activities with a high level of organization and attention to detail

  • Maintain accurate client records, meeting notes, and account documentation

  • Track and coordinate client requests to ensure timely responses and resolution

  • Leverage established processes and tools to effectively manage multiple client relationships and priorities

  • Support member engagement and client communication initiatives

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Operations, Product, and Implementation teams to support client needs

  • Share client feedback and insights to help improve products, services, and processes

  • Identify opportunities to improve Client Success workflows, tools, and operational efficiency

  • Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed

  • Partner closely with Client Success Managers and leadership to build expertise through coaching, shadowing client interactions, and participating in account reviews, renewals, and client strategy discussions
