Addison Group is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization seeking a motivated Client Services Associate to support client projects from kickoff through completion. This role offers the chance to join a collaborative and supportive team with strong long-term growth opportunities.

Job Description

This position supports project and client initiatives from start to finish, ensuring communication, documentation, and production processes stay organized and on track. The role blends project coordination, client communication, and data analysis in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing projects from launch through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Serve as a key communication link between clients, production, vendors, and internal teams
  • Build and maintain detailed project documentation, including production instructions and specifications
  • Help monitor project performance, reporting, and operational metrics
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to streamline processes
  • Maintain and update ERP and reporting systems, ensuring accurate data and project tracking
  • Collaborate across departments to resolve challenges and keep projects moving forward
  • Occasionally step into operational areas to troubleshoot or verify project details

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of account management, project coordination, or client services experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and ERP system experience required
