Wealth Client Relationship Manager

Wealth Management Client Relationship Managers at TIAA partner with Wealth Management Advisors to deepen client relationships and help grow practice through referrals that ignite the dreams of the people we serve.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Partner with Wealth Management Advisors to deliver client service and support high-net worth clients under moderate supervision.
  • Operationally lead advisory teams to help high-net worth clients achieve financial goals.
  • Manage a book of assigned clients, support implementation of financial plan recommendations, and coordinate asset consolidation.
  • Communicate clearly and succinctly; utilize interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Manage time and resources efficiently to bring compounding value and excellence to clients.
  • Build meaningful and long-lasting relationships while supporting advisors to implement TIAA advice and planning solutions.
  • All licenses and registrations must be obtained within 120 days from start date.
Educational Requirements
  • University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience
  • 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred
FINRA Registrations
  • SRC Indicator: Series 7; Series 63; Series 65; Series 66
Licenses and Certifications
  • Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) - Multiple Issuers required within 120 Days

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $62,500/yr - $87,500/yr. Actual base salary may vary based on experience, time in role, internal peer base salary, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. Incentive programs linked to performance may be included.
