Position

An Advisor teamwithin our Rockefeller Global Family Office business unit is seeking a motivated individual to join its growing team as a Client Relationship Manager.The Client Relationship Manager will work withour Rockefeller Global Family Office Team membersand will interact directly with high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate is thorough in their work, operates with a high attention to detail, has strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills, and is driven to develop and grow in their role.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting senior advisors in preparing deliverables, client meeting preparation, including, building and analyzing client financial statements, developing financial planning insights and running portfolio allocation and performance reports
  • Collect financial data and documents from clients to build detailed client profiles
  • Communicate with clients on both a scheduled and an ad hoc basis
  • Executing the daily client operational tasks including account opening documents, check requests, journals, wires, and other custodial responsibilities
  • Tracking client allocations and asset transfers in a software suite, while working closely with the Rockefeller Operations team
  • Ongoing coordination with clients' CPAs and attorneys regarding balance sheet management
  • Working closely with both the Alternative Investment and Liquid Markets teams to coordinate current client portfolio matters
  • Document processes and routines critical to business
  • Establish key partnerships with Rockefeller home office partners
  • Lead special projects and team initiatives as directed
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, working within an RIA in a client service or operational capacity is preferred
  • Bachelors degree, with a business/finance focus preferred
  • Series 7 and 66 licenses strongly preferred, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
