Internship Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to support our Client Relations and Business Development efforts. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain real-world experience in home care operations, client coordination, and healthcare business growth.

Interns will work closely with leadership and receive structured guidance and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relations & Support

• Assist with client intake calls and follow-ups

• Support communication with clients and families

• Help maintain accurate client records and documentation

• Assist with scheduling coordination and service support

Business Development Assistance

• Support outreach to referral sources and community partners

• Help track referrals, leads, and engagement activities

• Assist in preparing outreach materials and reports

• Participate in community events or networking initiatives (when applicable)

Administrative & Operational Support

• Assist with office tasks, data entry, and reporting

• Support internal workflows and process improvement initiatives

• Learn care management systems and operational procedures

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Public Health, or related field (preferred, not required)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
