Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Creative Production team at Klick as an Associate Director, Influencer Relations in a full-time role. You'll lead operational partnerships with creators, healthcare professionals, patients, celebrities, and other influential voices across healthcare campaigns. As part of our growing influence capability, you'll partner with strategy, creative, legal, production, and client teams to build scalable, best-in-class influencer programs.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational excellence. They understand how creators and other influential voices drive modern brand discovery and trust, while thriving in the details of contracting, compliance, talent management, and cross-functional execution.
Strong candidates will demonstrate a problem-solving mindset, the ability to connect influence to broader marketing ecosystems (including social platforms, paid media, and search), and the collaboration skills to guide teams, partners, and clients through evolving ways of working.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead end-to-end influencer partnerships across regulated healthcare campaigns, including sourcing, vetting, contracting, content development, regulatory review, and campaign execution
  • Procure and curate influencer rosters aligned to client objectives, audience needs, and platform dynamics
  • Partner with influence peers to document and socialize influence operations best practices, including training team members, to scale consistent influencer programs across clients
  • Identify opportunities to implement A.I. technology to improve operational efficiency, governance, and scalability across influencer programs
  • Stay informed on how influencer marketing is evolving, including its role in social discovery, search, and emerging platforms, and apply those learnings to client work

Qualifications
Required:
  • Demonstrated experience working with creators and other influencers across platforms, including content development and partnership management
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, with 5-7 years of experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid understanding of contracts, negotiations, and partnership structures
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally

Desired:
  • Ability to think holistically about how influencer programs connect into broader marketing programs
  • Pharmaceutical or health experience is not required, but considered a huge plus

Additional Information
This posting is for a newly created role at Klick.
The base salary range for this position is between USD $100,000 - $125,000. The final amount offered will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate's work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior work experience.
