We are a growing sales and customer acquisition company that partners with nationally recognized clients to help expand their customer base and strengthen customer relationships. As our team continues to grow in the Akron area, we are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and are interested in developing their professional skills.
We believe in promoting from within and providing hands-on training to help team members build experience in customer relations, sales, account management, and leadership.
The Role

As an Entry Level Client Relations Representative, you will work directly with customers on behalf of our clients. You'll focus on creating a positive customer experience, understanding individual needs, explaining available products and services, and helping maintain strong client relationships.
This is a people-focused role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, communicating face-to-face, and working toward individual and team goals.
Responsibilities
  • Represent our clients professionally when interacting with customers
  • Build relationships with new and existing customers
  • Explain client products, services, promotions, and account options
  • Assist customers in identifying solutions that fit their needs
  • Maintain accurate customer and account information
  • Work alongside the team to meet client and campaign goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development
  • Develop additional skills in sales, account management, and leadership
