  • This role supports the client's project management function by driving cross-functional coordination, budget tracking, and stakeholder reporting within a hybrid team environment.
Job Summary
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and in-scope delivery.
  • Collect, analyze, and report project data to support stakeholder management and executive visibility.
  • Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate across multiple teams to identify and resolve project blockers with clear, proactive communication.
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting using tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Handle sensitive project discussions with integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Ensure accountability for deliverables and uphold a commitment to quality outcomes.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 1-3 years of project management experience, with cybersecurity or infrastructure background a plus.
  • 2 years of experience in budget and resource tracking.
  • Demonstrated experience collecting data and producing stakeholder-facing reports.
  • Hands-on experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Must reside local to Racine, WI 
Preferred Qualifications:
