Client Payments Project Manager
What does a great Client Payments Project Manager do?
The Client Project Manager plays a critical role in delivering our Enterprise Payments Platform to a growing global client base.
You'll take ownership of projects end-to-end - structuring delivery from the outset, managing day-to-day commercials, leading client relationships, and ensuring successful delivery against agreed scope, time and budget.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver projects and programs to agreed time, cost and quality standards
  • Own full project lifecycle deliverables, ensuring they meet agreed quality expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Fiserv and client organization
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across the full SDLC, including design, build, test, QA and implementation
  • Clearly define and adapt the project approach as priorities or requirements change
  • Manage scope, change control, resources and timelines effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Lead virtual project teams with respect, clarity and accountability
  • Take ownership of project commercials, including leadership of client negotiations
  • Contribute to the evolution of delivery and development methodologies as the business scales
  • Promote best practice and continuous improvement across the wider EPP team

Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle, including scope, change and process management
  • Deep experience delivering high-value, fixed-price projects with full commercial responsibility
  • Solid understanding of software development and delivery lifecycles within a commercial organization
  • Highly organization and methodical, with strong attention to detail and adaptability to change
  • Strong track record working with remote and distributed delivery teams
  • Ability to balance competing priorities while consistently meeting key milestones
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders and technical teams
  • Payments industry experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with Clarity and JIRA desirable

Salary Range
$100,000.00 - $165,600.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
