Job Description:

Our client is seeking a motivated Project Manager / Account Manager to manage client programs from post-sale kickoff through production and delivery. This role combines client relationship management, cross-functional coordination, and hands-on project execution. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong communication with both internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee client projects from initial setup through completion and ongoing support
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution
  • Convert customer requirements into clear production and manufacturing instructions
  • Maintain project documentation including specifications, artwork files, and packaging details
  • Track timelines, milestones, and performance metrics while proactively resolving challenges
  • Lead meetings, provide status updates, and ensure accountability across stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and support process enhancement initiatives
